1. The promoter is: Sueno Drinks Ltd (company no. 12409842) whose registered office is at 87-91 Newman Street, London, England W1T 3EY.

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Sueno Drinks Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Purchase is necessary for entry. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are as follows: 1. Entrants must pre-order/purchase a bottle of El Sueño MODA from www.tequila.moda. 2. Entrants opt-in to receiving El Sueño MODA email marketing. 3. Entrants follow @elsuenomoda on Instagram and tag a friend in the comments. The email address used to make the purchase will automatically be entered into the prize draw. The winner will be picked at random once the closing date is reached.

5. Each bottle pre-ordered/purchased is one entry and multiple entries are permitted (eg two bottles pre-ordered/purchased is two entries, three bottles pre-ordered/purchased is three entries, and so forth). There is no maximum number of entries.

 

6. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe links on each email but you must be subscribed when the prize winner is selected. You must also be following @elsuenomoda on Instagram at the time when a prize winner is selected.

7. Closing date for entry will be announced by El Sueño MODA on Instagram (@elsuenomoda), after which no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. Sueno Drinks Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by El Sueño MODA.

9. Sueno Drinks Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10. There will be one prize winner and the prize is as follows: Return flights for two to Mexico from London plus transfers to a resort in Cancún for a 7-night all-inclusive stay. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

11. The winner will be chosen at random by software and verified by Sueno Drinks Ltd.

12. The winner will be notified by email or Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

13. An employee of El Sueño MODA will notify the winner and liaise with the winner to determine trip timing and arrange flight details. The trip must be taken within a year. Certain peak times are excluded, such as Christmas, Summer Holidays and half term.

14. The winner and chosen guest must both be aged 18+.

 

15. Economy class flights will be provided. Any extras or upgrades will not be covered.

 

16. The cost of one double or twin room for 7-nights at a resort in Cancún, Mexico will be provided. Any additional nights or upgrades will not be covered.

17. It is the winner's responsibility to arrange transport to and from the airport in London, and to ensure passport validity, make required visa arrangements and organise appropriate travel insurance.

18. All other travel expenses while in Mexico and supplemental charges at the resort, including food and drink, gratuities, additional spending money, personal expenses, souvenirs, incidentals and other expenses, shall be at the cost of the winner.

19. Sueno Drinks Ltd decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered following.

20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

21. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

22. You are providing your information to Sueno Drinks Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with El Sueño MODA's privacy policy.
